A better way to communicate the information to guys on the roof.
There are issues texting the schedule to/from some of the galaxy phones. Probably the best way is to provide a link to the schedule that can be easily texted.
Issues quickly performing simple tasks (like adding crew members).
A 'quick edit/search' tool can be added to reduce the amount of steps it takes to add an employee to a sheet, create a job, etc.
Some card (employee or job) information cannot be found quickly because it is buried in menus
This can be alleviated when users can create their own 'views' where cards can be set to display the information (on the cards) that they need. It won't affect anyone else using War Manager.

Need Better Tools to Merge, Track, and Prevent Data Loss
Merge tool coming, more on this later. (as of Fall 2022 this feature has been cancelled in favor of importing data quickly from other sources)

A timeline graph is in the works (currently in concept form). More tools coming as well.
Need to change cards (the data on the cards, and the cards themselves)
A card editor is in the works.
